Ok...for some reason, whenever I push hard on the brake pedal in the first couple of minutes after I start up my rig, the light will come on saying it is engaged!! I, of course, have the E-Brake disengaged, so when i let off the brake, the light turns off after about 2-3 seconds. I have checked and made sure that it's all the way disengaged, and not stuck, so what in the name of the good lord is going on?? Do I have some sort of bad sensor or what here?...help please!!!

You may have done this already, but have you checked your brake fluid level in the resevoir? The brake light also comes on if the level gets too low. May want to check level before you start up and use brakes....

definately look at the fluid level. That light serves 2 functions: tell you the e-brake is on and to tell you the brake fluid level is low.

If it is the fluid, find out what the cause of the fluid loss is. Perhaps a wheel cylinder or a line leaking.

Yeppers i filled up with fluid, and haven't seen the light since!! Thx for the tips fellas!
