98' Mountaineer 5.0
Anyone who has experience with both these cams, please let me know what you think about them. I don't know what I should do next, here's where I'm at.

I drive a 98' Mountaineer 5.0L with about 115K. It's got AirMax intake w/Amsoil filter, AirRaid throttle body spacer, MSD coil packs, 1" phenolic EFI heat spacer, Torque Monster headers, MagnaFlow muffler with my two lower cats removed and running 2 1/2 in. single pipe from the muffler back, and a custom 92 octane torque tune from Doug at BamaChips. Soon to have Amsoil synthetic in both front/rear diffs. and transfer case, just waiting for nicer weather. I'll also be doing a tranny flush soon with Amsoil and putting in a Baumann shift kit.

With the mileage I have on the vehicle I really don't want to put anymore money into it, I just have fun with it now. The only thing I'm considering doing last but not least is throwing in a cheap cam, new 1.6 rockers, valve springs, timing chain etc. all the things that you normally do when you do a cam swap. I'm torn on putting in the E303 or Trick Flows stage 1. I've heard nothing but good things about the TFS 1 and that the idle isn't as bas as the E-cam. I honestly don't wan't that real lopy idle, the better the idle the better since this is my daily driver. Do any of you guys have experiences with these 2 cams or know of a Comp cam that's similar to these 2 that maybe has a better idle. What do you guys think I should do?

I run the TFS1 cam in my mustang, real streetable with a pretty nice idle.
