easy performance mods

i have a 1999 explorer sport with th eohv in it...i already have a k&n gen. 1 intake, poweraid tb spacer, and flowmaster exaust.....is there anything i can do myself for some easy horsepower in my garage??

A chip would be your best next mod, in my opinion.

AlDive is 100% correct. This is SUCH an easy mod. But not exactally a cheap one
However, the dollar for increse ratio for an Apten Chip is impressive.

a friend told me to take the maf and cut about 1/4" off the bottom to improve throttle response.... is he blowin smoke up my ass....is this a good idea...or is he just telling me this cause he wants to see his piece of crap ranger to out last my exp?
