Ebay plug & play remote start?

Dealership wants $700 to install a remote starter that works off my factory keys and a local stereo shop says they can install a plug & play factory model for $500. I found these kits on ebay that are supposed to be plug & play as well, anyone have experience with them? I also installed a link to their install directions below.

It seems to be a pretty basic remore start that just starts the engine. According to the chart, it doesn't Lock/Unlock the vehicle. I think I'd want to know that the doors are locked before starting the vehicle remotely.
Does the one from the dealer turn on heated/cooled seats and the other items that the OEM one does? You might also want to check out this thread if you haven't done so already;
