I read this thread and it sounds exactly what is going on with mine after redoing the rear brakes, before ever redoing the brakes, the ebrake line was already really tight when not set, never ever used it; as stated in another thread of mine.
(its now lifted) i leaned in to get something off of the floor board, i hit the ebrake on accident, it set, got in it to drive it and released the brake and you can still fill them wantting to drag behind really badly, how do i fix this and can I just lose the ebrake all together?
