EGR code

my engine light is on, and the code says its my egr reading low. What can you do with it. Replace the egr, replace the sensor? Clean?

4.0? Usually, I think, on the 4.0 this is the DPFE sensor, which is easy to replace. I'd get it from Ford. A friend did it, on my diagnosis, and then took it to the shop when it didn't solve the problem ... only to find the sensor he got at the local part store was bad.

Before you do any of that though, what is the exact code?
