Electric and Manual T-case Question

My T-case has been leaking since the Moab 08 run. What vehicles have the same electric T-case as my 02 Sport Trac? Will any t-case from a Gen 2 explorer work? Or 02 and up 2 door sport?

Or what about adding a manual t-case in? What vehicles will bolt in?

To my knowledge any Elec or manual T-case from a 2nd Gen will work (V6 only) or a manual T-case from a 4.0L V6 Ranger 90 and up. I believe the 98 and up elec. T-case from a 4.0 ranger would work as well; all of which should bolt up with minor issues.

Since you have an auto no problem. It is the 01 and up manuals that have issues with the manual t-case swap. There are cases with and with out the vss hole in the rear output. If you could find one without that would be the best, if not just be sure and grab the sensor and plug the hole.
