Ever since my alternator stopped working my main audio console says 'phone' and has the headphone icon in the corner. I don't know if it means headphone, or in car phone (vehicle came with one, never used it). I can only change volume on the console but cannot access radio, cd player, or anything else. Maybe once every couple weeks it'll randomly get off 'phone' mode and work, but as soon as I restart the vehicle it defaults back into 'phone' mode. Every time I change ignition position or start the vehicle it'll flash radio for a split second, but then go back to phone. Could this be a bad ground? Is there a way to reset the ecu? I really need to fix this but have no idea what's up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
