Electric power steering modifications

Hello all, I'm trying to find companies that do Electric steering modifications on the Ford Explorer Limited years 2018-2020. My wife has tendon damage in her arms and she currently drives a modified 2004 Trailblazer ( old hydraulic steering ) but our replacement choice will be the Ford Explorer Limited. yrs 2018 - 2019

What kind of modification? I’m going to guess they are going to be very limited options. I’d contact a company in your area that does conversion cars and vans.

Welcome to the Forum Scott.
I'm not sure what if any modifications can be done to that steering. The subject has not come up before. Would be interested to know what you find out.
