I have a 95 explorer, 2 wheel drive, 4door xlt, 4.0 ltr. At idle speed i hear an electrical buzz sound and when i push on the brake peddle it shudders and then the noise stops. It still brakes fine, but will continue to do this at idle speeds. It does not do this at highway speeds? Any suggestions?
