Electrical Issue

I have a 1996 eddie bauer. Every so often I hear a clicking sound under the the steering wheel and my power windows, interior lights, rear defrost and wiper will go out. It will click again and they will work. It's quite annoying to say the least. I have read where it can be multiple issues. Any ideas?

Update: I changed out the power accessory relay but it still isn't working properly.
