Electrical problem, urgent help please

Hello all. I have a problem with my 92 Ranger 4WD 6Cyl 4.0. I buy a new alternator in 01/2010, but 1 week ago I start to get some problems, blinking front lights, instruments panel lights and the battery gauge moves quickly. what can cause this problems? I will appreciate any help with this problem.
I dont want cause a damage to the new alternator.

take your truck into a kragens (o-rilleys) i think thats how you spell it or a autozone have them test your alternator and battery. you can have them done while its in the truck.
