I'm a true believer in Ford, but lately I've experienced a few electrical problems with my 99' Ford, Explorer, XLT it has only 35K. First the cruise control quit working, next the front power driver's seat moves forward only half way, last the left turn signal when engaged makes a loud beeping noise, the right turn signal works fine"normal" turn signal flashing noise. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated

For troubleshooting electrical problems, the EVTM (electrical and vacuum troubleshooting manual) comes in very handy. It is part of the Service Manual CD which is discussed in this thread:

I haven't seen any one discussing a turn signal that beeps, but several have had problems with the turn signal making a buzzing noise. Usually the repair is to replace the multi-function switch, but some have reported success by cleaning the contacts.

The power seat problem is probably the seat belt buckle guide binding. The part is what the seat belt buckle attaches to and it slides when the seat goes forward or back. A problem I have seen a few times.
