electronic problems

So i have a 2003 sport trac. I installed a pioneer shallow 10in under the read seat, HID lights, and white LED lights throughout the entire truck. everything worked great. I recently installed infiniti door speakers and now all the lights dim when the sub hits, the speakers clip out when turned up to loud, which is not as loud as it used to go. and sometimes at ignition it takes a little longer to actually catch and start. none of this makes sense to me because all i did was replace those speakers. i've heard get another battery, a capacitor, and a new alternator. had my electronics tested and all came up good so i'm just even more confused. any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.

check grounding on amp and deck
maybe check battery to body, and motor grounds too
