emergency flashers/wiper pump

my emergency flashers work occasionally, and when they decide to work, i lose all dash/gauge lights and signal power even after i turn them off. im guessing this is a fuse problem, im just not sure on how to go about finding which fuse it is. also, my wiper pump doesnt work. i can turn on my wipers and they will move like theyre supposed to, but no fluid comes out (i have full wiper fluid) any tips?

Re the washer problem. Do you hear the washer pump running when you hold the button in? Very common for the hose from the pump to break. If pump not running, look for a blown fuse. If you don't have an owners manual, I can look on mine to find the fuse to check.
