Energy suspension RA bushings ordered/what else do I need

I searched the posts on RA bushing replacement and ordered Energy Suspension kit 4-7110 for $19 at the local 4x4 shop. He said that it only includes the bushings no hardware. Ford has a $40 kit and two $10 kits for a total of $60 to do the job, they said there is a nylon sleeve and some washers. Is there any hardware I need and what if they are worn badly?, The 4x4 guy says he uses the old hardware with the new ploy bushings.

Pull the sway bar bolts on one side and inspect them. Unless you live in the salt belt I doubt they'll need replacing...
