I have decided to replace my compressor, old FS10 locked up. I pulled discharge and suction lines already in preparation of flushing. I also pulled the orifice tube to evaluate if compressor died of "BD" and it looked fine. I plan to run to the salvage yard to check out a couple of compressors and I want to know how to engage the clutch while I am there, I have portable 12V. I tried to engage the clutch on mine by jumpering low pressure switch and that didn't work. Keep in mind the switch on the discharge side is not hooked up because I have the line off. Appreciate any help.
