Engine block heater

Any recommendations for a block heater? looking for the most simple solution. 96 5.0.

There's a hole that looks like a frost plug right above the oil drain plug. ?

Doesn't appear to be enough surface on the pan itself for a silicone pad type thing.

How about a magnetic thing?

I've used these on two different cars including my XLT SOHC. They work like a champ and don't take much space on the oil pan.
