engine flutters at stop in drive

OKay. Today i was driving and had to gun it to get over out of turnonly lane. When I came to the next stop my engine was shaking pretty badly.
If I put the car in neutural it will reduce the shaking dramatically, but still left with a slight shake.
From the take off it is pretty rough, but once I hit like 50 mph it smooths out, and if I let off the gas at any speed it smooths out as well.

Not sure what's going on. I recently changed all spark plugs and wires about 2 weeks ago, maybe one got lose? I'm letting my engine cool right now before I go check that.

But I could use some ideas, help, a push in the right direction.

I should have also mentioned that it's a 95 ford explorer xlt 2x4

and that the shaking is similar to a bad ujoint (which I also just replaced like a month and a half ago)

it is possible it might have fouled a plug.

how would I tell?
They're brand new bosch plugs and wires.
