There is a ticking noise coming from engine bay only when I am accelerating. When the engine idles there is no noise. If I am in neutral and I rev the engine there is no noise. When the engine is under load there is a noise.
It sounds like a ticking pop noise. I would say the location of the noise is some were near the drivers feet.
I don't remember when this noise started. It has been around for at least 2 years. Its not getting any worse.
I started the engine and felt around the manifolds and the collector I didn't feel any leaks.
