engine misfire

my explorer has the check engine light on and the computer indicates p102 which is mass air flow sensor problem and p304,5,6 which are cylinder misfire, any suggestion on how to repair ,

Try cleaning the maf with some nonresidue electrical contact cleaner.(Be Careful when you do this not to damage the element) As far as the cylinder misfire check and make sure that the plug wires are in the right order and attached firmly at both ends.

Try cleaning or replacing MAF first. It's probably causing the mixture to be wrong, causing the misfires and setting those codes. MAF can be cleaned by taking out the 2 tamper-proof torx screws and pulling the unit out. Then spray it with contact cleaner. There is a thead on it somewhere.
