Engineers would this tow hook bracket scare you?

You can see what I was talking about on Brett's truck. He didn't have to do anything special to mount them.

is it ok to bolt through the frame like that? that would make it so i did not have to take off the bumper
 












ok so its better to go shorter bolts from inside frame than use long ones going through frame? would it be wise to mig weld them after bolted for a lil extra security?
 






would i be able to mount the tow hooks to then drop brackets that attach my grille guard to my frame? they are approximately 1/4" thick. they would only be used if i needed to be pulled out something in an emergency. if i were to pull anything i'd use thetrailer hitch i'm gonna buy soon. thanks alot.

NO

The steel itself would be strong enough, but the mounts to the frame are not. You would put a wicked bending moment on your frame and would probably shear the bolts off or mess up your frame
