Me and my friend were goin to a local festival tonight and we were in seperate vehicals. Me in my Ex and him in his parents 2002 Honda CR-V. He had told me b4, jokingly, that he wanted to leave the same time I did cuz he wanted to race and just hang around when we got there. Well when I went to leave, couldn't find him so I just got in my truck and started to leave. He pulled up behind me while I was backing out and made sure we were goin to the festival. When we pulled up to the highway (I was behind him), he stopped and I saw him floor it.. I could tell by all the white smoke comein out the exhaust, hah. Well I did the same and was already beside him by the time we hit 50 due to the awesome torque coming off the line. But after that I just eased away from him til I got up to bout 85. Then I backed off cuz I don't wanna get too stupid. But I actually didn't expect my Ex to do that, I figured it'd keep up at best cuz that CR-V has the same amount of HP my Ex does, with FOUR cylinders! But I knew I had a lot more torque but didn't think it'd matter cuz I was prolly a ton heavier than him. Anyway, just wanted to share my expirience.
