Exhaust and intake manifoild

Got a question ab my Explorer 2006 4.6 V8, does anyone knows if exhaust manifold are the same as in Mustang GT with 4.6 V8 engine?

Im living in Poland and there is no parts for Explorer here only for Mustangs:/

Also I must change CHARGE MOTION CONTROL PLATES in my Explorer and I bought those from Mustang GT 4.6 V8 does anyone knows it it will fit to my engine?

Nope -

They are different. Steering rack and engine bay geometry is different, that's why there are no headers for Explorers v8. I replaced mine with Dorman on one side and Ford OEM on the other, both can be had for about $ 110 here each.

What about the charge motion control plates? They are the same as is in Mustang GT?

For those interested:

This is what the charge motion plates look like at the bottom of the intake manifold.

Those are off my old motor with 200k on it. I was surprised how much oil residue there is on them. I cleaned the last 2 just to see the plates better.
