Just look up the same year in an explorer. 98% of the exact same parts.

Thanks, stock exhaust size is 2.25 in. now all i need to do is see what size the headers are when they show up. can you buy larger exhaust pipes? 2.5 - 3.0 or do you need to have them made. i looked up the walker products (42063) which is replacement for the stock 2.25. do they make a larger bolt on or do i need to buy a larger one for another vehicle and cut to length? this is my first exhaust job and i would like to get it done right the first time.

If the headers are a larger size, you can get piping of any size at a decent parts store. Just rent the cutter and the expander, so you can cut the pipes to size, expand the cut end and join them together. The store should also have some angles. Do yourself a favor and look for a full U shape in the size you need, that way you can just cut it to the angle you need, and move on.

My personal favorite choice to deal with exhaust, is to put the parts i want on the truck where i want them, then drive to a local exhaust shop. They will usually have it done in a hour or 2, and it wont cost that much.
