Exhaust setup?

New to the forums, sorry if this has been asked. I really do not know much about exhaust. The question I have is..Could anyone start me off in the right setup? I have the Torque Monster Headers..and I'm looking to get a Flowmaster Super 44 series. Maybe dual in..single out..or single in/out. The real question..what kind of setup would you recommend that I tell the shop? Or size of the muffler..ect.

Also..it's a 5.0 v8 97.

I cut out the rear cats and did a 10 series dual 2.5 in and out routed to the rear with tips on the inside of the frame/shackles, it sounds great.
