Heres a question for you guys. i have a exploer sport v6 4.0 i want to put a flowmaster 50 suv muffler and new pipes. i went to mineke and got a estimate on how much it would cost 2 run dual pipes out the back of my truck with a single muffler. he said i couldnt do it cuz the spare is in the way and so is the shock. kinda depressing =( i can only have a sigle pipe coming out instead and he gave me an estimate of $420 i think he ripped me. the only reason i asked for a estimate is cuz i wanted to run duals but since i cant i could just put it all on by my self but the problem is i dont know where to by the pipe and i dont have a pipe bender. Does anyone know where i can buy prefabricated pipe thats all ready bent for the modle of my trunk.

ps. i want to run new pipes from my cats back i have 2 of them

Gibson makes a complete catback exhaust for it. I have a ravin muffler that was put on by another member who works at midas. It was a 2.25 inch muffler. Only problem was I did not have a tailpipe. So I went to a local napa store and ordered a dynomax 2.25 inch tailpipe. It bolted right up to the muffler, came with a chrome tip welded on, and only cost $74. For a cheap prebent tailpipe only I would suggest going to a place that sells dynomax exhausts and look through the catalog to see if they make a system for your truck, then you could order just a tailpipe that is already bent to follow the factory routing. $420 for a single exhaust is a rip off, unless it is gold plated. I have gotten quotes for a complete single cat back 2.5 inch including a flowmaster muffler and chrome tip for $260-280.

Don't go to the large chain shops when it comes to this sort of thing b/c people are often given ridiculous price quotes (happened to me too). If there are some in your area, look up a few local shops and compare some estimates over the phone. I was able to find a small shop that bent me new 2.5" pipe, bolted and welded the pipe, and welded on my gibson muffler/tip i had...all for $52. It took them 30 minutes and they did a great job too!
