Expendition lift kit ??

Well, I dont know much about Ford lift stuff, I m a jeep man so but i do need your help....

I m doing a favor for my friend...he has a Expendition 1998 5.0L, his truck is a daily driver and goes to 4x4 beach on every weekends.

He would like to put 33x12.5/17 BFG ATKO on his truck...

Will it fit in with no problem without lift kit?

If it needed to have lift kit to fit 33" tires and good for beach riding, how many inches lift will he need to fit 33" ?

How about body lift kit?

What brand is good for Expendition on-road and beach?

An your friend has a 4.6L or 5.4L, 5.0 was not offering the Ex.
