I've got a 98 Ford Explorer. Changed fuel pump crank sensor. It got good fire will not start

which engine?

There were three different engines available in 1998: OHV V6, SOHC V6 & OHV V8.
Have you measured the fuel pressure at the fuel rail Schrader valve?
Does the engine start and run for a couple seconds if you spray starter aerosol into the intake manifold?

Motor Is the soho v/6, 4 liter.yes I use starter fluid didn't even try to fire. I've checked relays. It was having trouble starting battery would go dead replaced it and two days later it was dead again and then all this other problem started. Driving down the road and it just guit.

odometer reading?

What is the odometer reading?
I suggest that you check compression in at least one cylinder in each bank. One of the timing chains may have slipped. Low or no compression in all cylinders in one bank usually means slipped timing chain for that bank. Low or no compression in all cylinders in both banks means jackshaft related problems.
