Explorer runs rich and misses

[Exploring XLT]

My Explorer smells extremely rich out the exhaust and misfired at idle, only code right now is 167 (heated oxygen sensor indicates lean condition left side) continuous memory. any suggestions are appreciated. I have already replaced both oxygen sensors, and switched the injectors from one side to the other. I did the spark plugs and wires 2 years ago, and distributor is within limits.
