Does anyone know where I can get or how to build a tool box that would fit right behind the split seats? I don't want it to fill up the whole cargo area. I would like one about the size of a pickup tool box. I would appreciate any input about this.

Here is what I have:

Rubbermade box with lockable lid. Very rugged. It does not take up very much space. I still have alot of room. I use it for all my fourwheeling stuff so I take it in and out.

First to answer your other post. MattAdams has made a custom "false floor" for his. He made it so the doors fold up to get to everything, and made another box to lie next to it that works somewhat like a "bed" for when he's on the trail. Here is the link to his write-up.

Now to the tool set. I'm lazy. I've said it once and I'll say it again. I'm lazy. I looked into that idea of a false floor and thought everything out. It didn't seem like I'd get too much space using that setup from my sport. Plus when on the trail I use a tent so I didn't need the "bed" idea anyways. I made a trip to Home Depot and found just what I needed. I picked up a large container that fits perfect in the rear. I drilled some small holes into it and put some tiedowns on it and I'm off. This ran me about $50 and allows me to carry a TON of stuff without worring about making a mess, or stuff flopping around.
