I bought a set of PIAA 004XT H3 55w halogen extreme whites last April. Within the first 4 months, the passenger lens was cracked pretty bad. I'm never offroad nor did I ever recall something hitting it. Now after 10 months of use the drivers bulb is gone. I expected more out of this purchase. Am I wrong to do so? These lights are far from cheap and I'm pissed. Does anyone know a site that I can purchase lens/bulb replacements?:(

I am in the same boat. I bought a set of PIAA 510s last February and one of the 55w bulbs is blown already. I'm contacting PIAA about the situation and I will get a free replacement.

Take a look at SilverStar bulbs; available everywhere.

Good luck......

these are auxillary lights or driving lights if you will

I think if you contact PIAA, theres a ph.# on their web site, they will probably offer to replace the parts for you.
I had good service on a defective relay which they replaced at no charge.
Nice people to deal with.

Thanks for the responses. I emailed customer service and we'll see what happens.

they usually stand by their products... real good people to deal with.

I'll have to agree on that. I received a return email stating they would make it right. The catch is I need to go through the place I made the purchase and install. So as long as they are a good representative of PIAA, I will be back in business very soon.

yeah PIAA may have an occasional bad part but they do their best to fix the situation. I know one time when I was wiring mine up (stupid stupid move) I left the harness sitting in the engine compartment and realized I had to move the truck so I went to start the truck, next thign I hear is some awful screeching, sounds of things bouncing around, get out and the harness was destroyed, wires sliced everywhere, etc. I called and they got me out a replacement said "dont do it again" LOL.
They are also the only company I know of with a one-year warranty ont heir headlight and other bulbs.
