It was a fram tough guard. What do you guys use???

Why do you spend all that money to buy Royal Purple or Mobil 1 (by the way, you can get RP online or at NAPA/O'Reilly stores) if you're going to buy a cheap, garbage filter like a Fram?? Buy a K&N, Mobil 1, or another premium. If you don't want to spend the extra cash, buy a Motorcraft - they're excellent filters and usually cost the same or less than Fram.

It was all they had in my size (pepboys) which is the only store that sells 5w-30 RP. That is 12 miles away and i needed something to get my ass home when done work so i had to go to the local hardware store. I changed it to RP today and put some teflon tape on the threads of that pipe. Used a mobil 1 like normal.
