Anyone know what factory HUs for the second-gen explorers came with a CD changer port?
I need a CD changer port I can convert to AUX in for my iPod. I love the look of the stock HUs, and I'm not interested in buying an aftermarket one -- I can't find one that looks good without any crazy lights or bells and whistles. Believe me, I haven't found one yet and I've been looking.
Right now I have an AM/FM/CD/CASS unit, but my cassette player is on the fritz. I thought I could pick up another stock HU with CD changer controls instead.
Ideally, a model number, or part number would be great. Aside from "factory explorer radio" I don't have much of a basis for a search.
The radio would have to fit an '00 XLT console.
