factory tape player

i have a 1992 XLT 4-door. my tape player on the factory radio works but the sound comes out on the driver's side only. i've played w/ the balance and fade but it still doesn't work. however, the radio comes out on all speakers. any ideas?

I dont want to sound barbaric but try slamming your doors. The same thing happened to me and I could not stand it! So this was the first thing that came to my mind, I tried it and it worked. I hope this works for you. Just dont make a habbit of slamming doors! Afterward lube them up nice and good so all it takes is a bit of a tap.
