fair or ripoff?

so i was tryin to replace my rear wheel cylinders and theyre just so rusted on, theres no way in hell I can get them off. i called a shop(theyve got free towing ) and they quoted me 3 hours of labor to replace just the wheel cylinders and the hard lines - so with free towing it would run $300-325. is it just me, or does this sound like a huge ripoff? i wouldnt normally even consider it, but these things are just so rusted, not even a blowtorch did any good.

You should replace the hard lines your self its very easy.

Yea, the cost of the towing is in that price, it ain't free.

replacing the hardlines WOULD be easy, but they are rusted on, i have no clue how to get them off. I tried heating the surrounding metal and freezing the nut to try to break the rust free - didnt work. i tried PB Blaster and vice grips - didnt work, I even tried lemon juice and coke. im at my wits end.
