Fan Shroud

Hello again,

My 5.0 Limited didn't come with a shroud. It wasn't a problem until I fixed the AC now it runs a little warmer than I would like idling, plus we're still 30 degrees cooler than our summer temps.

Does the fan have to come off to remove/install the shroud? I ordered one new for 30 bucks, figured it would help at least a little bit if not a lot.

Nope, rock auto has em cheap too. They come in 2 pieces. 4 bolts and 2 little tabs that hold the top and bottom together. Oh, I guess you need to remove the overflow tank to get it in. That is on the 4.0l but they are probably the same.
