How many years do you get out of them? Are they better for rotors than regular pads? Many years ago, I used to use organic pads because the auto parts store told me that the rotors last longer with them. They also claimed that taxi's, and police vehicles use them. That turned out to be false as far as the taxi's, and police vehicles using them. They use severe duty pads. The organic pads might help rotors last longer since they don't have as much gripping power. If there is a lot of slippage, it would make sense that there would be a larger heat build up, since there is more friction (the rotors are turning more RPMs until they finally stop). I get longer use out of my rotors with the better pads (probably due to less heat being built up). I don't use Bendix rotors anymore since they once separated on me. I've never had that happen with any other brand.
