Mine is tuxedo black with black/pecan interior. While away on vacation for two weeks I had a rental that was red with black interior. I really like that combo and wondered if I had made a mistake ordering the black. Now that I'm home I'm fine with what I have but would be happy with red too.

Very few red ones on the road.

We got candy red on black but I like the tan insert interior also.

My vote is also for candy red exterior with black charcoal interior.

What is the Cinnamon like? There is a Cinnamon limited available, but in pictures I can't tell if the color is boring or pretty.

I really don't think you could go wrong with any of the color combinations to be honest. I've seen a number of different colors and have yet to see one that didn't look nice.

My wife and I got the Candy Red. Previously we had always owned black or gray cars - real neutral. I wanted to spice it up a bit.

Same here, i've been in a silver car for the last 11 years and in need of some color. Although i like the dark blue pearl the red candy was much brighter. I didnt order the mud flaps though, can the dealer add those once they get it?

Yes, the dealer can add it. in fact, it's a dealer installed accessory.

I like the bordeaux, white platinum, or sterling gray with pecan interior.

The plat. White with pecan interior, looks real nice in the brouchure, can't wait the combo.

Got any pics of the pecan interior. The web site doesnt do it justice at all.

Car shopping online is so frustrating. Why do they have to photoshop the images so much. They do a very poor job at showing what the color really looks like.

Inside too, for about a month i thought the med light stone was grey which made prefect sense in that they would offer a balck, grey and tan (pecan) interior color choice. When i finally sat in one with a med lt stone interior i thought it was the pecan because i could swear the stone looked grey on the web.

Johnny don't have the x yet, should be here soon. If you go on the Ford web site and order the brochure for the ex the 2011 will have the complete interior in pecan, it's charcoal with perforated pecan inserts, looks great. I'll post my pics the first day.

Before we bought are Ex I looked at dealer inventory and we drove 30 miles to look at a pick up with the Golden Bronze. Could not find a vehicle with pecan interior. We made it date night. Nice off the highway drive, dinner and looking at trucks. While we were at the dealer looking at the p/u a salesman came out and we told him we were just looking at colors. He said we just got an Ex in, not in inventory yet. It was golden bronze. Never did find a black/pecan interior to look at and trusted my wife when she said it will look great. Guess what? She was right again! Wish I could be right once in a while! LOL Bought Ex from a dealer 2 miles from the house.

Another red candy/black here. Would chose the same in a heartbeat, I love it.

I haven't seen one I didn't like yet, even the gold looked good when I saw one (not something I normally would like).

Sept 1st is my eta, I'll post pis soon as can. I've seen the interior on an in stock model my dealer had, it looked great, ot too orangy (is this word?)

WHITE! I love the 2011/12 X in white - it makes it look like a Range Rover...but $40,000 cheaper.
