Not pointing fingers but i think one of my nasty neighbors loosen the lugnuts on my front left wheel causing the wheel to come off. I was lucky enough to be going through a parking lot around 10mph if that.
I cant open my driver side door. Can i adjust the fender? I started to remove it but wasn't sure if it's something i can adjust.

Here are 2 pics:

Thanks

you can try use a visegrip to hold the fender (at 2:20 position) and pull it towards the front, I think the support bracket just got pushed in. If you try open that door it will smash the fender and it will be another issue.

Please forgive me . I'm just trying to picture what youre explaining .. what do you mean by using visegrips to hold the fender. Would this require me to taking the fender off?

I believe the fender got pushed up ... I'm only saying this because of the alignment of the pin strips.

Thanks once again

you can try looking at this video for reference (fast forward to 9:00 minute mark)
there's 2 support brackets that's probably bent.. so you could either put a vise grip under where the fender trim was before or the support brackets and pull it forward.

My advice is rather than attempting to fix it just check out rockauto or somewhere cheap like a junkyard depending on your budget and replace the quarter panel/ Fender. Neighbors can be assholes
