ok so i slept on it and i can't do stock and i can't do unsafe. BTF makes great products and the upper arms i have on my mountaineer where the first design made for the 3rd gen explorer/mountaineer. everyone knows most of the time first time builds have issues. i'm gonna keep working with BTF and try to straighten out everything issue that comes up. i hate just giving up on anything i do so this will be an on going project. if the issues can't be fixed over time then a local off roading shop will be attemping a SAS front and rear. we will see where it all goes.

i dont see any issues with roadbullys spacers at all. i just enjoy pushing the limits. there are reasons why he stopped making the 3 inch spacers all together

Very well stated, your issue was due to the fabbed arms, it takes time to perfect something:thumbsup:

Keep up the great work, that mounty is sick! Glad to see your running my old spacers:cool:

yup and ill be running them till i fit a set of fox shocks or do a sas. its been a rough 2010 year so far my truck new years night and my girl totalled he tiburon about 4 hours ago. but all in all i can just say thank god we are both safe. she walked away with a small bump on her head and a bone deep cut on her knee. all i can say is matterial stuff breaks and can be fixed but losing the love of my life could never be fixed.

i'm glad she is ok. home girl needs her a truck to keep her safe. no little japanese car;)

Just keep the body lift on and return the suspension to stock. I think Roadbully needs to redesign his spacers. I am glad I took mine off before having problems.

He did, they are no longer available in a 3" from, which was the only problem that people were reporting mechanical failures from.

What's there to change...it's thick steel welded together...his spacers aren't inferior

Furthermore, the only reference here to an inferior product is the uniball ball joints that were used in macknos's setup, it has absolutely nothing to do with RB Spacers. Pick and choose your fights, this isn't one of them.

P.S. I'm still waiting for you to drive an hour south to "meet up with me"...lol

infidel!!!! how dare someone say that RB is none other than a GOD! lol
