fender flares and winch bumpers???

Does anyone make aftermarket cut out fender flares to gain more tire clearance? Also, does anyone make brush guard/winch combos or bumper/winch combos for my explorer. It is a 94 sport. Thank you.

For the fender flares, I have been lusting after a pair of those for awhile now, but noone that I know of makes them for our Exs As far as a brush guard/winch combo, Warn makes a combo kit and Smittybilt makes a tube bumper with a winch mount. There is a member here that has the Warn combo, but I do not remember who it is...
