filter change on tranny after 250000

I am wondering if it would help or not help changing oil filter on my sport trac 2001 truck its would it be detremental? thanks for the help

I'd just drop the pan and filter. Don't do a full flush.
Just know. If a flush kills your trans, there wasn't much life left anyways.
