finally sittin on some 35s

Looks great  Also looks like you can remove the Ball hitch as you won't be using it at that height for anything... :D

where did you get the light bar been lookin for one

did you have any trouble with you 2"lift i am planning on ordering one myself already have the 3" blocks on my other ex but have to put them on my other one due to blown tranny

the 2 inch lift was very easy to install, front took me about an hour, and back took me about 20 minutes or so for both sides.

was there anything else you had to do with the front end or just put them in and drive

get an alignment after you put in the new springs.

keep it on there it might save you money if some one hits you from behind. nothing like a nice solid piece of steel attached to the frame to punish bad drivers who dont pay attention to things in front of them. lol

I take it you didn't get a good look at his pics  ... He only has a ball mounted in the stock bumper (No receiver hitch)...This will provide zero benefit in a crash; that and removing it will allow him to use the stock mount as a step to reach stuff on the roof...

2" lift????

I am looking at a 2" lift for my exploder. It is my DD and I trail the broncos but I want to be able to in a pinch run the Ex, like last weekend. Both broncs are OOS right now and could have really used the EX on a search, oh well. My questions, what company made the lift? What was the cost? What was included with the lift? Thanks. BTW love the look of the clear lenses how much do you get hassled with the clear rears?

my front is a rough country lift, cost about 80 bucks for me but normally cost 130. the rear is just like autozone shackles, except i got them at O'Reilly's. the front lift was just 2 coil springs, and the rear was just 4 pieces of metal, nuts, bolts, and washers. the rear lift cost me 10 bucks. and the clear lenses in the back are legal (i think) because i have red bulbs. so the cops never do anything about that.

what gears do you have? whats your gas mileage?

right now i have 3.73 in my explorer, about 7-8 mpg probably. i have 4.56s that are getting installed next week probably.

7-8mpg! the awful, but the 4.56s should make a huge improvement,

nice hood did you do it or did you buy it looks good though

thanks. i really wanted a cowl hood for my explorer but didnt have the money. so i just went and bought some of those stick on hood scoops. it looks good in ways but some ways i think it looks bad just because their stick on scoops. i just hadnt done anything to my explorer in a while so i just bought those and painted them just to make my hood different. ill be getting a cowl hood on of these days though....

i was thinkin about doin the same thing but bondo it so it looks factory
