First Truck

Brand new from Charlote, NC.... first truck... 2007 Sport Trac Limited.... been searching for ways to disable the nav lockout while moving. There's GOT to be a way... anyone point me in the right direction?

THanks, I've been reading all night probably two dozen pages on that subforum with no luck yet on disabling the gps lockout feature while driving. Can you link me in the right direction?

Larmo, if I recall correctly, there hasn't been a way discovered yet to disable the lockout -- unlike a lot of aftermarket units that just ground out a wire from the parking brake, the late-model nav units actually get a signal from the PCM that reads out the speed, so if you're driving, you can't use the headunit.
