Fitting new seats

Just wondering if this is possible...

I have an XLT with manual and cloth seats. Would it be possible to install leather seats from a 1997? Would the tracks fit into where the existing ones are bolted?

Also, the drivers in the new seats is power, where the existing one is not. Does this make putting the new seats in out of the question?

They will bolt right in place. You will just need to run power wires to the driver seat for power. Hope that helps a bit.
