a cutout fender flare for 91-94 or a 95-newer

Well, I know they make them for the 91-94. Take a look at Ricks Explorer. He has them on his truck. Dead Link Removed

Funky Explorer

Bushwacker does not make any cut-out flares for any of the explorers, they do make a Extender-Flares for all the explorers (1991-2000). Hope this helps
