checked the fuse - swapped it out - all good
new relay - same problem
new switch - same problem
hazards work fine
checked all wiring connectors and looms for broken wires by wiggling,pushing,pulling , lifting up and lowering steering column.
nothing works to make the flashers flash.
very occasionally one of the dash lights will come on breifly but not flash as you move the switch up or down....this leads me to think its the relay - but i swapped it -??
