Driving at night like I do, which is all the time. I get very frustrated with the glare off my hood. Anything the light bounces off of in front of me can be seen clearly on my hood. I even read a license plate from 30 ft away. So, I got the half joking idea to flat black the center of the hood. Where it raises up. I have a dark blue 3rd gen so the flat black wouldnt look to bad color wise, but Im curious if anyone else has done something like it. Pics would be great.

A bug guard will do the trick.

Have one. Doesn't help

I did it on my 2000 Ranger.

definitely gives me a good idea of how it would look. Is that plastidip or flat paint?

Flat black paint out of a rattle can.
