Flickering lights, headlights, instrument, radio, etc.

I have a 1995 Ranger xlt 3.0, I started having some fuel pump problems, when i would accelerate the truck would pull, then stop, then try again then it strted dying and to start it i had to turn the key to the on position then off a few times to let the pump get fuel to the engine. i ended up swaping out the pump and it worked good for about 2 days. then it started dying again till it wouldnt start up at all. i pulled two codes, fuel pump primary circuit malfunction and secondary fuel pump circuit malf. i ended up having it changed three more times by a mechanic and he wants to do it again. each pump last about 90 miles then fails. i've noticed my lights flicker constantly and then the pump starts failing shortly after. each time. all my lights flickernoticeably. headlights, parking lights, instrument panle, radio etc. i had my alternator tested on and off the vehicel with a known good battery at full charge and it tested good. i was getting ready to swap out the voltage regulator but im goin broke here. if anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it. Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the Ranger section. Have the alternator bench tested (pull it out, and put it on a special machine).
